The plan includes core annual vaccinations, deworming twice a year, a full dental check-up, nail trimming and ear cleaning (up to four times a year each), in-person consultations (up to four), microchipping if needed, basic blood work, urine and fecal testing, and a 15% discount on emergencies and surgeries.

No. All services must be used within the active membership period. Unused benefits do not roll over.

Yes. smoll may modify, pause, or cancel parts of the plan at any time. Any updates will be communicated to active members.

Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase and only if no services have been used. Once any service is redeemed, the plan becomes non-refundable.

No. Only the listed wellness services are included. Anything not specified—such as extra diagnostics or treatments—will be charged separately by the clinic.
